Frequently Asked Questions

Take Home Folders:

Take home folders are a very important part of our parent/teacher communication. Not only do we send home your child's hard work. We also send important notes from the office, cafeteria, reports of injuries, and reports to inform you of your child's progress in school. 

Homework:

Homework is sent home on Monday and is to be completed and returned to school on Friday. It is meant to be a quick review of  the skills we have taught at school and needs to be done with an adult. 

Birthday's: 

Birthday's are very special in Kindergarten. We will celebrate your child's Birthday at school with a special class gift and birthday song.

Absence's:        

We need all of our Kindergarten friends here at school each day. However, we understand there are times when they are sick or running fever and need to stay home. Please remember they need to be fever free for 24 hours to return to school. When they return, please send an excuse from the Dr. or a parent note so the absence will be excused. This note can be sent in your child's folder.
